New for 2025!! Online entry forms for Competitions, Performing Arts & Run!!!

ALL performers need to complete the online entry form even if you are part of a group or band. Please read guidance notes before starting the online entry form for each event/competition. If you need to fill in a medical form please download the form below and email it to hyfchair@gmail.com. ​
If spaces are available, entries from children who live outside the Henley area will be accepted at the Festival's discretion.
